What could be better than a delicious grass fed and finished T-bone steak on the grill?!
The T-bone is cut from the short loin. It is, essentially, a "T"-shaped bone with meat on each side. You get both the strip loin and the tenderloin in one cut with this one.
Each T-bone is approximately 1lb.
it was an alright cut but the bones were broken and there was a lot of broken bone chips in the steak so a little disappointing.
